Our ISPs are giving us tremendous headaches due to their false super slow connection. We have Smart and Globe Broadband installed here. Smart promises up to 1Mbps of internet speed while Globe says up to 512Kbps. We have two internet connection just in case the other one is down we can still continue with our work online. Far from their claim that they have the fastest internet connection,they are all lies. Even if they say that your internet speed vary from distance, weather, interference it is still not fair because I pay them and that’s what I signed in their contract. I tried all my might goggling Mr. Google  for help in tweaking or making our internet fast but to no avail I can’t even get into my canopy to change the values of my connection because they locked it. So sad, Smart broadband is very consistent on a very slow connection while Globe on the other hand has a fluctuating type of speed. First hour you get 500+kbps of speed then suddenly drops to 5kbps. You might ask me why not call their CSR. No need is my answer. They can’t make my internet speed faster. Their answers are all scripted. Trust me I’ve been calling Smart and Globe’s CSR almost daily. All the things they are saying I already memorized. Like “Sir, observe muna natin within 24 hours” ( Sir, please observe it within 24 hours).  I’ve been observing since they installed it but still nothing has changed. I’d rather check on best weight loss pills pills in the internet. So when friends asks for advice where to buy I can give them an answer.
