The Hong Kong Food and Environmental Hygiene Department is planning to introduce coffins made of recycled paper, which have multiple advantages over the traditional wooden coffins in terms of funeral cost, time and energy consumption. True indeed like here in the Philippines. Good for those who passed away they have no more worries. Burden and worry are passed to the loved ones left. Talking about dying in this country is expensive. Filipinos need to have at least 5-7 days wake or more depending on the distance of their relatives to come home and pay respect to their dead. The process of burying is expensive too. You must have a lot or a space in the cemetery.
An alternative is available like cremation. Based on our experience, cremation is quite expensive too…
