Clothes won’t fit anymore

There’s something I really need to do about my weight. No it really doesn’t bother me that much. It’s just that my favorite clothes won’t fit me anymore. If I want to wear all those favorite clothes I must start loosing weight.

I want to start it with a regular exercise. But following an incorrect exercise technique could actually hurt my joints and muscles rather than strengthen them and loosing weight might be unattainable.
