			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Sometimes our mental attitude towards food can be hard to change. Everybody loves to eat, who does not? What if things like your weight and health issues gone too far? Now you want to loose weight.</p>
<p>Many research has been done and hundreds of tips and advices you can acquire over the net but still it seems it is still so hard for you to do it. You shed a couple of pounds the next month you gained doubled the pounds you loose. How can you maintain it?</p>
<p>This is some of my personal research on how to maintain your weight. First, work out more. Exert some more effort like walking without stopping for one hour. Consistency is the main factor. Second, drink plenty of water. Drinking lots of water is very healthy for you and will drive you towards your goal faster because water is an <a href="http://www.anoretix.com/">appetite suppressant.</a></p>
<p>Also, eating lots of fibre will cause you to feel less hungry as fibre. In addition, fibre cleans your immune system so that you feel less bloated and stuffed and it gets rid of old waste in your system to help you feel better, when you feel better you are more likely to exercise! This is a quick weight loss tip that not alot of people know about.</p>
